End of Year Supervision Circle

I am now offering my annual Reflect & Reset Circle, which is not regular supervision, but more of a unique end-of-year group supervision.

As someone who values end-of-year reflection in both my personal and professional life, I have created a trauma-informed reflective space for therapists, coaches and other mental health professionals. It is designed with the intention of pausing, integrating, and closing the year with awareness and selfcare.

As a Specialist Trauma Therapist, I have drawn on my experience and knowledge to develop something that encourages you to carve out time for an embodied pause, within a safe, collaborative, and gently held small group space.

This 1.5-hour session will include a blend of practices such as trauma-informed guided reflection, gentle nervous system regulation, and opportunities to integrate the year’s experiences. It will be a restorative way to release what you have been holding and to step into 2026 feeling more grounded, clear, and resourced.

Format: Online via Zoom, max 6 people
Price: £35 per session / £95 for 3-session series.

Please email me on contact@steppingstonespsychology.com if you are interested or for further details (please note it is steppingstones and not steppingstone). Thank you.

ABOUT ME

My name is Sharmi, and I am a psychologist and full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also the Clinical Director of Stepping Stones Psychology, an integrated mental health and specialist trauma therapy service.

In my therapy work, I use an integrative approach, rooted in humanistic values, particularly person-centred principles. My supervision style is warm and relational, grounded in a strong ethical foundation. I have a particular focus on self-care and resilience, reflecting my specialism in trauma recovery work.

I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic approaches, always through a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, and I utilise the 7-Eyed Supervision Model to support reflective practice.

I uphold high professional standards, having completed doctoral-level education and training in Counselling Psychology. I also bring specialist expertise, having previously worked as a Specialist Trauma and Attachment Therapist at a dedicated trauma therapy centre.
