The ‘Embodied Trauma Healing’ Series – Week 4

As part of our 6-weeks ‘Embodied Trauma Healing’ series, we will be offering a stand-alone session on 7th October 2020 around trauma-sensitive mindfulness practices. This session will be facilitated by Vicky O’Donoghue – Project Lead Co-Production (Ageing Better) at South Yorkshire Housing Association and Mindfulness Workshops Facilitator.

Vicky is also one of the Senior Coordinators & Senior Associates of Stepping Stones Psychology. Vicky also offers trauma-sensitive mindfulness sessions to the members of our dedicated membership for trauma survivors.Vicky’s passion & specialism is mindfulness, for general health & wellbeing, personal growth and also as a therapeutic approach to positive mental health.
